PRIVACY POLICY

1 WHO WE ARE

The App is developed and operated by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Contact: madpuppiesgames@gmail.com.

2 DATA WE COLLECT

The App works offline for core gameplay. Data is only collected if you use the online leaderboard feature.

• Display name — the nickname you type for the leaderboard.
• Game scores — your best scores/distances submitted to the leaderboard.
• Random player ID — a random identifier (player_uuid) generated on your device to distinguish leaderboard entries. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Google Play Games ID — if you sign in with Google Play Games, a verified player identifier is used to secure your leaderboard entry and prevent cheating. We do not receive your Google password or email through this.

We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.

3 DATA STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE

Game progress, unlocked levels, settings, and best scores are saved locally on your device (save.json). This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

4 WHY WE COLLECT DATA

The limited data above is used solely to operate the online leaderboard: to display rankings, identify your own entry, and prevent fraudulent scores. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or tracking across apps.

5 HOW DATA IS STORED AND SHARED

Leaderboard data is stored on Supabase (our backend/database provider) and on Google Play Games Services for sign-in verification. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any other third parties except as required to run these services or to comply with law.

6 DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboard is active. To request deletion of your leaderboard entry (identified by your display name and/or player ID), email [email protected] and we will remove it. Local data is deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in system settings.

7 CHILDREN

The App is a casual arcade game not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for removal.

8 PERMISSIONS

• Internet — to submit and fetch leaderboard scores.
• Vibrate — for haptic feedback during gameplay.

9 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
